Reiki Level 1 Hosted by Jenn Mathieu Location: Ingleside Together we will focus on learning on Level One Reiki and self-healing. At this level, you will learns the history of Reiki, the energy system, the nature of the Reiki energy, the Reiki Ethics, the five principles or precepts, the three pillars of Reiki, the hand positions, how to do a self-healing and how to provide a session for others. Cost $250 Includes course, beverages and certification. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing for yourself, people, animals, trees,and plants. Reiki Level One Course outline: There is no prerequisite except for the desire to learn self healing.
