Crystal Journey through the chakras

Service Description

4 week Course - Every Wednesday from 8 pm-9:30 pm Starting Date: Wednesday, April 6, 2014 Ending Date: Wednesday, April 27, 2014 Includes :Chakra stones /workbook/ gift 🎁 This will be done over zoom and a zoom link will be sent to you once you register During this class, we will work on all 7 Chakras. Each week we will work on different chakras using crystals to help enhance your experience. Every week you will use Crystals that have been mailed to you so you can continue to work on balancing your chakras we worked with that week. In the last class we will create a Crystal Grid with all the crystals we have collected over the 4 weeks and meditate within the Crystal Grid. Helping to create balance within Chakras There are 7 main chakras and a number of smaller ones (or spiraling energy centers) that interact with the body’s ductless endocrine glands and lymphatic system by feeding in positive energy and disposing of unwanted negative energy. It is important for our general health and well-being that we keep our chakras nourished and well-balanced. Chakras work on 4 different levels, Emotionally, Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually. By balancing your chakras on all levels you create inner peace and balance. This can be done in a number of ways, including yoga, meditation, and Reiki.
