"I don't know a woman alive who isn't courageous"

I wanted to start out March by paying homage to the leaders of International Women’s Day. This year’s theme is #breakthebias.

“Imagine a gender-equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.”

Together we can all break the bias - on International Women’s Day and beyond!

This month we have so many amazing things happening at both of our locations!

Starting in March we have Emily Benkhe joining our Pembroke location. She will be offering Manicures and Pedicures and will have her own monthly special on the website!

Online workshops have been Posted for the month of March. They include the Pendulum and Reiki workshop, where you can spend the evening with me learning how to infuse your pendulum with Reiki energy. We also have a Crystal Grid Meditation workshop, again hosted online. During this class, we will create a Crystal Grid together using crystals and gems. Together we will meditate within the Crystal Grid. Creating a safe place to heal, help protect, manifest, and to support our intention and desired goals.

Our Monthly Specials are going to be a Facial and a ½ hr back massage in both the Pembroke and Toronto locations with Jenn, and a Mani/Pedi Special with Emily. Check out the website to book!

And lastly, of course, I just want to thank each and every one of you for continuing on this journey with me, allowing me to share what I’ve learned and know to be true with the rest of you.
